Alexander Borger
Director of OOO Strezhevoy Road Maintenance Office.
Born on 16.01.1964 in Strezhevoy (Tomsk Oblast).
Graduated from secondary school No.3. In 1981 was enrolled to Tomsk Civil Engineering Institute, where he got a diploma in vehicle fleet management. In 1985–1987 – military servant.
Returned to Strezhevoy after graduation from the Institute. Was first employed in 1989 in OOO Strezhevskoye, where he worked as a foreman, head of machinery repair shops, and later on as a chief engineer. In 2000 was employed as a chief engineer in OOO UTT-2. In 2001 was offered a position of a managing director, and then occupied a position of a technical director. From 2007 has been managing OOO Strezhevoy Road Maintenance Office.
In 2003 got his second higher education diploma as an economic manager at Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building (extra-mural). In 2004 completed the Course of Hazardous Waste Awareness Training at International Independent University of Environmental and Political Sciences (Moscow).
In 2012 graduated from the Interregional Academy of Construction and Industrial Complex, where he completed upgrade training for Industrial and Civil Construction.
Was elected as a deputy of the Strezhevoy District Duma of the fourth convocation.
Married, has two sons.
