Born in the village Staritsa, Parabelsky District, Tomsk Oblast, to a family of teachers. After graduation from the Novoseltsevskaya secondary school served in the Soviet Army. After the army service took a driver course at special technical vocational school No. 29 in the village Parabel
1995 – graduated from the Siberian State Medical University with a degree in pediatrics
1997-2001 – director in various business companies
2001-2005 – deputy of the Tomsk City Duma, chairman of the Social and Economic Development Committee
2005-2010 – deputy of the Tomsk City Duma, chairman of the Labor and Social Policy Committee
1999 – joined the CPRF.
