Machinery of Legislative Duma of Tomsk Oblast

The Machinery of State Duma of Tomsk Oblast directly ensures activity of the Legislative Duma of Tomsk Oblast, its bodies and deputies, i.e. legal, information and analytical, administrative, documentation, material and technical support, etc.
The Duma Machinery activity is generally supervised by the Chairman of the Duma. The Duma Machinery is headed by a representative of the Machinery, who acts under direct supervision of the Chairman of the Duma and ensures the work of the Machinery.

The Machinery of Duma at the meeting of the Duma:
- registers questions, statements, announcements, proposals which arise at the meetings of the Duma;
- ensures copying, distribution of documents and other materials among deputies and individuals invited to the meetings;
- keeps minutes and notes of the Duma meetings;
- keeps order while holding the meetings of the Duma;
- performs other functions to ensure effective work of the Duma.
