Brief Biography
Born in the village Malinovka of Tomsk District, Tomsk Oblast. In 1981 left the Kopylovo secondary school. After graduation in 1985 from Tomsk State Pedagogical Institute worked as a teacher in Sukhorechenskaya secondary school. In 1986 joined the Soviet Army. In 1987-1989 worked in Tomsk Regional Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League as an instructor, a chief of staff of young reserve soldiers. In 1989 organized and headed Tomsk Military Patriotic Club
Gvardiya (Guards) up to 1996. Since 1992 - Chairman of the Association of Military Patriotic Clubs of Tomsk Oblast (now the Association of Defense Sport Clubs). In 1996-2000 - President of Tomsk Regional Organization of the Russian Union of Afghan Veterans. In 2000 participated in the creation of Tomsk Regional Department of the Party
Edinstvo (Unity) and headed its executive committee. Since 2001, after reorganization and merger of the parties
