1969-83 – senior engineer for technical and academic staff training at the Research Institute of Electrical Engineering. Worked for 10 years as an instructor at the Higher Mathematics Department within the evening degree program of the Tomsk Polytechnic University
1983-1986 – head of the HR department at the Tomsk Bearing Plant; instructor at the Higher Mathematics Department of the Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building
Since 1986 – head of the HR department and the first department of the Siberian State Medical University
Since 1991 – chairman of the committee of the primary trade union organization of the employees of the Tomsk State Medical University
