Elena Ushakova was born on April 9, 1963 in Zelenodolsk, Tatar SSR.

She graduated from the Tupolev Institute of Aeronautics (Department of Computer and Information Sciences) in Kazan in 1986 and was sent to work to Tomsk.

She lives in Porosino, Tomsk Oblast since 1988.

Holds the following honorary titles, prizes and awards:


– Winner of the District professional skill competition Teacher of the Year 2007
– Runner-up and laureate of the Oblast professional skill competition Teacher of the Year 2007
– Laureate of the 2007 Tomsk Oblast Education, Science, Healthcare and Culture Competition
– Winner of the 2011 competition held as part of the priority national project Education, for publicly recognized teaching excellence

Certificates of Merit and Recognition Letters by:
