The Chairman of the Federation Council Commission suggested thinking out the idea that the youth delegations of the Council of Europe visit Russian regions. Vladimir Zhidkikh believes that the European youth should get familiar with the Russian cities.

‘Russia is a unique country. I believe that along with Moscow and St. Petersburg the young politicians, business people, public organization representatives will be interested in visiting Siberian cities, such as Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk’, said the senator. Vladimir Zhidkikh invited the first young delegates from Europe into his native region Tomsk Oblast.
