V. Zhidkikh has become Chairman of the Youth and Sports Committee of the Federation Council
Vladimir Zhidkikh, member of the RF Federal Assembly Federation Council, representative of the Tomsk Oblast State Duma, has become Chairman of the Youth and Sports Committee of the Federation Council
The members of the Youth and Sports Committee of the Federation Council unanimously gave their votes to Vladimir Zhidkikh and submitted their decision to elect him Chairman of the Committee to the upper House of the Russian Duma for approval.
The RF Federal Assembly Federation Council approved the decision of the Committee and appointed Vladimir Zhidkikh to the position of Chairman of the Youth and Sports Committee of the Federation Council.
It is important to note that the previous Chairman was Minister for Sports, Tourism, and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation, President of Russian Football Union, Vitaly Mutko.
