April 2, 2010. Youth Parliament of the Tomsk Oblast announced a contest
"What We Know about the Victory..." On the threshold of the 65th Anniversary of the Victory in World War II the Youth Parliament of Tomsk Oblast in cooperation with the Tomsk Oblast General Education Department; Tomsk Oblast Council of War Veterans, Armed Forces, and Law Enforcement Bodies; Tomsk Regional Council of United Russia Political Party Supporters, and Tomsk Oblast Children and Youth Library announced an Oblast-wide youth contest of compositions “What We Know about the Victory...”
The contest is open to students of the 9th-11th grades of general education schools of Tomsk Oblast. The students will select one of a range of subjects and write a composition. The best compositions will be compiled into a book.
