The French in Tomsk parliament

The French delegation headed by the first vice-president of the regional Council of Lorraine, the deputy of the National Assembly of France Jeanne-Eve Le Deo visited Tomsk.



The delegation from France visited Tomsk research institutes, universities. The guests participated in the ceremony of the solemn opening of the Xth Siberian Innovation Forum. The French visited business-incubators and Tomsk Special Economic Zone.



The delegation visited the State Duma of Tomsk Oblast as well. In the framework of the meeting the Chairman of the State Duma of Tomsk Oblast Boris Maltsev told the French colleagues about the work of the Legislative Assembly of Tomsk Oblast in details.



They discussed the peculiarities of relations between legislative and executive powers, about transport, taxes and economics, relations between Tomsk and its districts.
