Oksana Kozlovskaya took part in the St. Petersburg Economic Forum 2015
Speaker of the Legislative Duma of Tomsk Oblast, chairman of the Legislation Committee of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia Oksana Kozlovskaya took part in the 19th Economic Forum in St. Petersburg. The forum gathered an unprecedented number of participants – more than 10,000 people. 205 contracts worth almost 300bn rubles were signed. The forum once again confirmed its status as the largest platform in Russia for investment decisions.
The forum also hosted the general session of the member regions of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia chaired by speaker of the Russian State Duma and head of the AIRR Supervisory Council Sergey Naryshkin. He reminded that recently AIRR celebrated in Tomsk 5 years since foundation. It is now an organization with clear identity and an active participant in the country’s innovation economy. The fourteen AIRR member regions produce 20% of the national innovative output and account for 25% of all investment on innovations in Russia.
At the session the participants summarized the results of 2014, discussed subjects such as the innovative development rate of the economy and implementation of new technology in industry, and made a number of organizational and staffing decisions.
