The information in German covers general facts about the Duma including its structure, list of deputies with their party affiliation, constituency, Committee membership; electoral map, news.

The site of the Tomsk Oblast Duma has been one of the most frequently visited websites of Tomsk Oblast over the entire 8-year period of its existence, and in the Yandex rating by citation index the site is holding the 12th position in Russia among legislative websites leaving behind many well-known online resources of Russia and CIS. Moreover, the site is visited by foreigners. The numbers speak for themselves: in 2008 the home page of the Oblast Duma site was visited 172,939 times.
